A Quick Overview
We designed a clean, aesthetic layout that really showcases CJ’s services and products, making sure her site is super easy to navigate so her clients can effortlessly find what they need. To highlight her expertise, we added sections with before-and-after galleries, client testimonials, and detailed service descriptions. This way, potential clients can immediately see her professionalism and get answers to their questions.
We also set up an online store right on the website, allowing CJ to sell products directly to her clients. This not only eliminated the hassle of manual invoicing at the studio but also made it easy for clients to purchase recommended skincare products. Our main goal was to create a seamless user experience, from the first visit to booking appointments or making purchases. Now, CJ’s website not only looks fantastic but works perfectly on all devices.

When CJ first came to us, she was a solo esthetician with humble beginnings. She rented a booth in a small studio and dreamed of opening her own one day. She figured step one was to get noticed with a basic esthetician website. So, she booked our custom five-page website without e-commerce.

Once CJ started seeing the potential of her website, she knew eCommerce was the next step. CJ wanted to start making more money outside the treatment room. She was feeling the fatigue of being on her feet all day long, managing a team, and relying on bookings to make money. She wanted to make passive income off products she knows can make a difference.
We then shifted her focus to online sales. This is where it starts to get good you guys...
CJ utilized our custom ecommerce development services. These allowed her to switch from a third-party e-commerce store to Shopify, where she could sell her retain line and quadruple her earnings. We opted for a Shopify product add-on because Shopify lets you filter by brand, price, and product type, making shopping a breeze. Visitors can easily log in and see all their past orders for easy reordering. This is THE BIGGEST concern her consumers had– they wanted a quick, easy process.
She also wanted to streamline the ordering process so she had fewer phone calls and meetings. So we added a password to some of her products. This would enable visitors to order online, instead of needing to text or call the salon.
For a special experience, we wanted to give the special people in her life a little incentive. We tagged her friends and family so that when they visit the site, they automatically get a discount at checkout. We created the same process for members of her VIP program who enjoy automatic product discounts as an incentive for their loyalty. Finally, we set up subscriptions for all her popular products: cleansers, toners, moisturizers, and supplements. This will bring in recurring revenue.
The Results: The revamped website now represents CJ’s brand and expertise. It’s professional, easy to use, and effectively converts visitors into clients. But the real results? CJ sold out her inventory within 48 hours of launching her new website. She had a $10,000 launch week and an 8.12% conversion rate! Not only that, she saw a 24.9% increase in average order value, and her total sales have increased 150% in ONE YEAR!
