After your deposit and contract are squared away, we'll kick off onboarding! We know you're busy, so we keep your "homework" light. Just send us your branding, photos, credentials, and product list and we’ll handle the rest.

Step Two
DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
We start designing your homepage and get your feedback before diving into the rest
(we’ll admit– there’s nothing like that dopamine hit when you obsess over the home page!)
This gives us the perfect direction for the rest of your site. Expect weekly updates and previews as we go because we want you to love
every pixel (...and maybe because we’re dopamine addicts?)
Step Three
LAUNCH & POST-LAUNCH SUPPORT
Once everything’s perfect, we’ll test it thoroughly to ensure it’s *flawless* on both desktop and mobile. A week before launch, we’ll give you tips to hype up your clients and prime them for the big launch. Then, POP THE CHAMPAGNE CHICKA—your new site is live! 🎉 You get 14 days of unlimited support (and we offer ongoing retainer packages if needed!)

I’m not an Esthetician, can you still help me?
Absolutely! We specialize in making websites and setting up eCommerce stores for Estheticians. But, we made an offer for the people who simply vibe with us and admire our work. You can get a custom 5-page site that includes a Home, About, Services, 4th page, and Contact. It’s our first offer on the page– scroll up to read about it in detail!
Can you help me with branding for my esthetician website?
We hope to offer full branding services in the future. But for now, we ask our clients to provide us with their brand kit when we work together. For an extra fee, we can help you with choosing fonts and colors, but we do not offer logo design. For a full rebrand, we can refer you to some of the best brand designers to revamp your entire brand!
How long does it take to build a website?
The timeline varies based on the complexity of the site we’re creating, but most projects are completed within 8-12 weeks.
Do you provide ongoing support after the website is live?
Yes! We aren’t like other web designers. We don’t create a website for you and then leave you stranded. We become your strategic partners and are in it for the long haul. After we launch, you’ll receive 14 days of unlimited support. After those two weeks are up, we offer monthly support packages that start at $250/mo. If you’re interested, we can discuss which package is best for your needs once we launch!
Can you integrate booking systems into my website?
All of our sites have strategic “Book Now” call-to-action buttons throughout your site that will link to your booking software. Your website and your booking software? Match made in heaven.
Can I see some of your previous work?
Yes, we’d love for you to check out our work before investing with us to ensure our style matches what you’re looking for. Check out our work here.
How do payments work?
To reserve our services, a deposit is required. Since we book out months in advance, we want to make sure we secure your spot for a later kick-off date. When you get your proposal, you can choose your payment schedule. You can split payments into up to 6. The more payments, the smaller your deposit will be! All payments are securely made through our CMS Honeybook.
Do you provide training on how to manage my website?
Up to you! If you’re a DIY girly, we can provide a quick video tutorial on how to make edits to your site. Most of our clients work with us on a retainer basis post-launch so they can continue to focus on serving their clients in person and don’t have to worry about ever editing their site cause we’ve got their back!
Do all e-commerce website packages have SEO?
We are KNOWN for top-notch SEO. You’ll have basic SEO incorporated into all site design and store setups, with a possible upgraded add on if you're looking for more strategic SEO. If you’re interested in a long-term SEO strategy, we offer support packages post-launch.
What do you recommend I have ready before we work together?
Above all, we recommend investing in a photoshoot. We can make an absolute killer website, but at the end of the day, photos can make or break a website! Schedule a photoshoot. If you want guidance on photo types, reach out. We'll send our shot list to share with your photographer. Also, have your domain (your site's URL) ready. Plus, have your branding kit with your logo, brand colors, fonts, bio, and a list of your services.
